For five years running now, the folks at the Trestle Inn have been hosting their annual Bourbon Battle event, wherein intrepid barkeeps compete for bragging rights of the finest bourbon-based cocktail in town. As ever, this is all for the benefit of Animal Care & Control Team of Philadelphia (ACCT Philly), and there’s light bites and a silent auction in tow as well.
