Philebrity listings are an editorialized representation of what’s going on in the city on any given night. Events are listed in alphabetical order according to venue; bands are listed in order of headliner first. Listings are updated on a daily, rolling basis. Most venues are in Center City and its ancillary neighborhoods unless otherwise noted. But because these listings are edited with you, the discerning reader in mind, there are certain things we don’t bother with; as a rule, you’re unlikely to see cover bands, mainstream comedy clubs, wedding-type DJs or anything else likewise cheesy in these pages.
